How the Hindu community is losing the economics game and how a lot of jobs are given up by the community.
Very beautifully explained and addressed. I have been observing and analyzing things happening around. I absolutely agree that there exists the elitist/snobbish mentality that tends to subjugate or use derogatory terminology for people involved with menial or labor intensive.
As a kid I too had a streak if ego but when I was part of the discrimination because of brown skin, my thinking and perception started changing. The major catalyst though was my father. He used to get involved with a task rather than staying in the sidelines. He always had his skin I the game even if it involved physical labor. It surprised people around him.
Besides that I also took inspiration from the Sant Parampara in Maharashtra. Sant Eknath, Sant Gora Kumbhar, Sant Tukaram, Sant Ramdas, Sant Ramdas, Sant Nuvrutii/Dnyandev/Muktai, Sant Kanhopatra. Their stories revealed the nuances of life, behavior.
